Hopefully all the chocolates, sweets and festive season leftovers are now finished and you have formulated your healthy eating and exercise plans to start the new year with good, sustainable intentions… I’m feeling pretty desperate for some healthy adjustments.
There are a few recipes I want to put on this blog but, for now, I thought starting off with a salad is a bit more appropriate…
This is the salad Louise made for the christmas function we had. I was so impressed with this salad I’ve made it 4 times since then!
Finely chopped onion
For the salad Dressing:
Freshly grated garlic (or garlic salt)
Salt and pepper
I use cookie-cutters to turn the watermelon into little star and heart shapes. 😊
