Knoffel Bekerbrood (garlic bread in a mug)

This is just a fun and different way to serve bread. We had this bekerbrood as well as broccoli-condensed milk salad with steaks which we braaied.

What you need:
Bread dough (buy from any bakery)
Steel mugs (these I got are R6.99 each from Crazy Store or Shoprite)
Spray & Cook
Cheese (if you want)

Spray&cook or butter inside of mugs.
Pull off piece of dough and put in mug. If you dip your hands in water while doing this the dough doesn’t stick to your hands. I filled about half the mug with dough. My dough really rose a lot! Mix crushed garlic in butter and pour some of this over bread dough in mug. Allow bread dough to stand so that it can rise. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes… And enjoy!
Warning: white bread should not be eaten too often!
