Broccolli & Condensed Milk Salad

This salad is too delicious to be called a salad and should actually rather be called broccoli pudding. When you are tired of your January diet this is a good way to indulge a little while not feeling too guilty because everyone knows broccoli is good for you.

Ingredients:

Raw Broccoli
Raw Cauliflower
Bacon – cut into small pieces (to be fried)
1 tin Condensed Milk
Mayonnaise (+/- 300mls)
Feta
Cashew Nuts

Method:

Break/cut broccoli and cauliflower into a salad bowl. Fry the bacon and add it to the salad bowl. Mix the condense milk and mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Add more or less mayonnaise according to taste. Add the condense milk mixture, feta and cashew nuts to the rest of the salad. Mix everything together. Leave in fridge until serving.

Enjoy your pudding, I mean salad!
