Carol’s Easy Guocamole
Serves 2 really hungry people or 4 not so hungry people
Needed:
Square glass container ( or someting similar )
1 can red kidney beans
1 onion
Tabasco sauce
4 medium Avocados
Crushed garlic
Lemon juice
Half cup Sour Cream
Half cup mayonaise
Taco seasoning or guocamole mix
1 tomato
Some spring onion
Cheese (cheddar is nice)
Nacho chips or Doritos
1st Layer:
Mash 1 can drained red kidney beans, add 1 chopped onion & tabasco according to taste.
2nd Layer:
Mash about 4 medium sized Avocados, add crushed garlic & lemon juice to taste
3rd Layer:
Mix half cup sour cream, half cup mayo and taco seasoning/ guocamole mix
4th Layer:
1 chopped tomato, some chopped spring onion & cover with grated cheese of choice
Serve with Nacho chips or Doritos!
