This fudge is quite addictive and real easy to make. It contains no bad refined sugar. We bought the ingredients at Dischem for about R170 for everything and could make 3 batches of this recipe:
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted (we put it in microwave to melt)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (we used carob powder)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pour all ingredients together and mix with electric mixer. Pour mixture onto non-stick tray/container. Put in deepfreezer for about 20minutes. Then cut into blocks and enjoy. Store in fridge in closed container.
This fudge is really rich and filling!
