Homemade Pina Colada Cocktails

If you like Pina coladas and getting caught in the rain…

Marc called it “songception.” Someone must have intentionally played that Pina colada song to make us think it was our own idea to want pina coladas. We made these on the 2nd last day of 2014.

What you need:

+/-300 mL Malibu white rum
1 tin Coconut cream
1 liter Pineapple juice
Crushed ice (about 1 cup)
Pineapple (1/2 medium pineapple)

Mix coconut cream, pineapple juice and rum together. (Add more or less rum according to your preference.)

In a blender, blend ice and pineapple together to form a slush.

In each glass pour some slush and fill it with the Pina colada mixture.

Decorate with a straw, pineapple pieces and cherry…and enjoy!😉

“My grandmother is over 80 and still doesn’t need glasses. Drinks right out of the bottle.” –Henny Youngman
