Shebeen Nachos

Last night we were really hungry and craving something yummy fast.  So we made really easy and basic “nachos”.  Marcus named it Shebeen Nachos.  Here’s how we did it:

Put oven on grill.  Put Doritos chips on plate.  Throw a can of hot and spicy Chakalaka sauce over chips. Put some grated cheddar cheese over Chakalaka and chips.  Grill for about 5 minutes.

They are really quite tasty!  Not part of our 12 week challenge diet though….
