Biltong Paté
“Tis the season to be jolly, fa la la la la la la la la…”
I can’t believe it’s December and Christmas time again! It’s really hot and dry here in the Free State. We really need some rain for Christmas!
This Biltong Paté is easy to prepare and makes a delicious snack for the festive season. (Actually, for any season.)
Biltong Paté
You need: Biltong Powder/Shavings; sour cream, plain low fat cream cheese
Mix these ingredients together. (I use an electric beater.) Leave a bit of biltong powder to sprinkle on top. Serve with Melba toast or other crackers.
