Well-being

Healthy mind, healthy body, healthy soul... One needs to find the balance in everything. I am always exploring ways to be holistically more healthy. There are so many different methods available for healing. The principle "first, do no harm" (Latin: primum non nocere) is a cornerstone of medical ethics which I think is very important. People often want "quick fixes." I have also wished that there was a magic pill that solved my problems instantly and permanently! But true healing requires work, or doing things which are difficult and tough. Through community and support this becomes easier. A "quick fix" may not be the solution.
