Yummy Crustless Pumpkin Pie
What do you call a fat pumpkin?
A plumpkin.
This is my sister’s pumpkin pie recipe. It’s delicious!
Crustless Pumpkin Pie
yummy side dish for a braai
125g butter 🧈 (room temperature)
150g (200ml) sugar
3 eggs 🥚
140g (250ml) cake flour
15ml baking powder
2ml salt 🧂
400g (750ml) pumpkin purée 🎃
5ml vanilla essence
Oven 190°C
Grease 1L pie dish
Cream butter, sugar, eggs
Add and Combine flour, baking powder, salt
Add pumpkin and vanilla essence and mix well
Pour in dish and bake for 45 minutes until done 🥧
Optional: Sprinkle Cinnamon or cinnamon sugar on top of pie when it comes out the oven
