Sweetcorn Pap

Every now and again I want to make this sweetcorn pap, then I have to ask Marcus to remind me how to.  So, I decided to put it on the blog.  It makes a lekker side dish with some tomato and onion sauce!

How to make this pap:

1 cup pap (maize meal)
2 cups boiling water

Put in a bowl, stir, Microwave on high for 1 min. stir, microwave on high for 5 mins

Add 1 can (415g) Creamstyle Sweetcorn

Mix, Microwave for 5 mins

Add about 60g of butter

Mix in and allow butter to melt
