Broccoli, Cauliflower and Condensed Milk Salad

Delicious salad

I have put this salad on my blog before, but I have adjusted it slightly.

This salad is so delicious! It’s actually a pudding in disguise.

Ingredients:

Raw Broccoli – broken into smaller florets
Raw Cauliflower-broken into smaller florets
Bacon – cut into small pieces (to be fried)
1 tin Condensed Milk
Mayonnaise (+/- 300mls)
Feta cheese
Cashew Nuts

Method:

Break/cut broccoli and cauliflower into a bowl. Pour boiling water over and cover for 3-5 minutes. Pour the water out then pour broccoli and cauliflower into salad bowl. Fry the bacon and add it to the salad bowl. Mix the condense milk and mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Add more or less mayonnaise according to taste. Add the condense milk mixture to the broccoli and cauliflower. Add feta cheese and cashew nuts.

Pour boiling water over broccoli and cauliflower, leave for 5 minutes and pour water out.
Fry bacon
Add it all together and enjoy!
