Pete’s Peanut Butter Bomb smoothies
Pete made us delicious smoothies! This is one of his famous healthy smoothie recipes known as the “Pete”nut-butter bomb.
Ingredients:
vary ingredients according to your preferences
200g yoghurt
1 banana
1 BIG scoop peanut butter
3 heap scoops whey protein
About 50mls water
100mls milk
8 ice cubes
Honey
Blend all ingredients together, pour into glasses and enjoy!
