Beer & Sweetcorn Bread


This is such an easy bread to make!

500g self raising flour
1 tin sweetcorn
1 can/bottle (340ml) beer

Mix ingredients together. Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar if you want. Spray a bread tin with Spray and Cook. Put mixture in bread tin. Bake for 1 hour in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celcius.
Don’t eat all the freshly baked bread by yourself!
